About Me

I am Valeria Esposito, founder of VE Consulting. My passion lies at the intersection of people, processes, and digital development.

With a degree in Business Administration specialising in Digital Business, combined with my studies in Business Psychology, I bring together commercial thinking and a deep understanding of human behaviour and change processes. This combination also shapes the way I work: analytically, strategically, practically, and always with a focus on the people who support and implement change.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience across different companies, industries, and working environments. Time and again, I have seen that digital transformation cannot succeed through technology alone. Clear strategies, understandable processes, and employees who are actively involved in change are equally essential.

Through VE Consulting, I support small and medium-sized companies in structuring their ideas, improving their processes, and preparing their organisations for the future. I analyse existing structures, identify potential, and develop solutions that work not only on paper but also create genuine value in everyday business.
